I have purchased an FN2 Type R a few weeks ago from Imperial Motors, I cannot recommend them enough. They have been very professional to deal with, and really know these cars inside out, they were able to answer all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I haven't brought many cars before and the team made the experience very comfortable for me, I took a few cars for a test drive and never felt pressured into buying anything. So far the car has been amazing, I took a warranty out with it too which the team took their time and explained the procedure for if any issues were to arise. Overall I have had a very good experience with these guys!

The best customer service I have ever had . My son recently purchased a civic Type R from this company, the first impression of the car site wasn’t that good if I’m honest, how wrong could I have been . The moment we pulled up we were greeted by the two owners and straight away I could tell that my preconceptions of the place totally wrong they were friendly nothing was to much trouble, the test drive was great and we made the decision to buy the car there and then with a view to pick the car up the week after. We live in Wolverhampton and we were going to part ex his old car, on the Sunday we arrived to collect the car and my son had forgotten to pick up his log book so I thought I would have another two hour round trip. This wasn’t a problem for the owners they said they would deliver it the same day fantastic service!!!!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. By the way the the car is exactly what they said it was can’t fault it .Thanks imperial motors

I'm really glad I chose Imperial Motor Sales for my new car. This is a place you can trust, the VW UP I went to see was exactly as described and the service I received was brilliant. Buying a car can be intimidating and worrying but there's no hard sell at Imperial Motors just friendly honest good service. They care about you being happy with your car and offered me a great test drive and answered any and all questions I could think of. I chose them due to their already great reviews and I was not disappointed. Well worth keeping an eye on what they have if you are looking for your next car because their cars are great and so are they. I absolutely recommend Imperial Motors.

I purchased a car for my son a year ago and for some reason we did not receive the V5C from DVLA. When I received the V11 vehicle tax reminder, i could not renew my vehicle tax as I did not have the V5C doc. I called Imperial, where I had purchased the vehicle and within four days I received my V5C. Imperial didn't have to help me, as this is something I should have taken care of, but the owner chose to assist me and I am so grateful for his support. I would highly recommend this car dealership because for him, it was never about the sale, it was about the customer experience. Thanks again

Great place to buy a car, great guys very helpful

I traveled from Kent to there site in Birmingham to buy an Audi s3. The guys there where great from start to finish, they offered a very long test drive and they let me and my friend look over the car for as long as we wanted with no pressure from them. The car it self was in immaculate for the age, and very well presented, in my opinion it was the best Audi s3 for the age and mileage for sale on auto trader with full service history and all old paper work and documentations from when the car was new. If you are in the market for a car then take at look at what these guys have to offer,I would highly recommend them

Excellent all round

Bought a Honda Civic Type R FN2. The way buying a used car should be. The two owners were honest, knowledgeable and you could tell they were passionate about these types of cars. They even picked me up from the train station to save me a taxi fare. Great car and excellent service all round.
